I am the Manager of the Roche Small Capital Projects Department and have been involved with construction contractors for over 35 years.  This includes managing the Roche resident contractors for the past 25 years. During this time I have dealt with a wide range of contractors representing almost every aspect of the construction industry.  Some good, some not so good.  But, I have grown to learn that the most important aspect of any contractor is honest and reliable management.  I have been dealing with Pow•R•Save for close to 20 years and have found their management to be among the most honest and reliable that I have had the pleasure doing business with.  They have consistently provided very reliable services at competitive rates.  They became the contractor of choice for asbestos abatement due to their management agreeing to comply with our site abatement requirements which were more stringent than normal and performed very well.  They received numerous accolades over the years for their superior performance.  They have since expanded into refrigeration maintenance and construction management.  Based on their previous performance, they were given an opportunity in these fields.  Their refrigeration maintenance and construction management operations have been working with the Small Capital Projects Department and have been performing extremely well.   I am very pleased with the work they are doing for us and hope to continue our working relationship with them in the future.
